Kona Bay clam seed is continuously fed. Our land-based systems use cold, super clean, deep ocean water and are guaranteed to be disease-free. We cull 75% of our clams keeping only the top, faster growing clam seed. As a result, all of our clam seed – regardless of size – are fast-growers.
